Newcastle Pro Sound offers a live price match service. If you find a lower price on a competitors website or in a retail store on a product that we range on line please use our price match service, we will endeavour to match that price for you.

• The competitor must be a regular dealer of the item. No private individuals or auctions please.
• The competitor must have the identical item in stock at the time of the price match.
• Price matching does not apply to end of line or run out stock.
• The competitor must have an ABN and be a registered company within Australia.
• Newcastle Pro Sound will price match any EBAY 'Buy It Now' offer on products shipped by an Australian supplier from Australia.   
• We must be able to verify the price online, written quote or via catalogue.
• We must be able to verify all associated additional fees that may be applicable.

• The competitors shipping fees exceed ours
• The competitors lower price requires a membership, discount coupon, product bundling or any other form of rebate.
• The Internet Website or Retail Store is not an authorised dealer for the item. 

Price matching only applies to new orders.

In all cases we will try our best to match every price, however we reserve the right not to sell product for less than our purchase price and would prefer to offer genuine customer service instead
