





We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee to meet our schedules delivery times on all occasions and you will be notified as to when the order has been dispatched.
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days, however where an item is not in stock, it is ordered directly from the appropriate supplier and items can take up to 2 weeks before dispatch.
Delivery to metro areas after the item has been dispatched from our premises is typically 2-6 working days, while outer regional areas can take between 2-10 working days. Deliveries are during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Products are shipped by an express courier service.

Any orders that exceed an 5KG limit will induce an extra charge with written notification before your order is released.
WE ONLY ACCEPT AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Returns will be accepted based on the following conditions.
Online Return Authority form must be completed and approved
And the item has not been used or opened item has been supplied incorrectly and the Online Return Authority Form as been completed within 7 days of delivery.
All goods returned will require you to notify us of your intention to return via the online Return Authority Form.
